Please note that there is no credit card payment facility for this conference.

Participants residing within India and abroad can pay their appropriate amount through a bank draft

in favour of “CEP-STC, IIT KHARAGPUR” payable at Kharagpur.

Alternatively, on desk registration facility will be available for participants who wish to pay the
requisite registration fee by cash during conference. In such case, the participant must post only
the registration form, by the same deadline of 31st December, 2011, after indicating against the item
"Payment Methods" in the registration form that he/she would be paying the fee on desk (this will
help the organizers to have a correct estimate of the number of likely participants).

NOTE:

The deadline for camera ready paper submission and one full registration has been extended to January 4th, 2012. This is final and no further extension of deadline will be provided.

At least one author of each paper (no matter whether student or non-student) must pay full fee of Rs. 6000.00 by the above deadline. Only then, other co-authors can avail facilities like on-desk payment,discounted fee of Rs. 2000.00 if student etc. Failure to do the above may result in withdrawal of the paper from the conf. proceedings as well as ieeexplore. One full registration, however, entitles the author to submit three papers authored / co-authored by him/her
